Are facebook still reviewing apps?

Our project is building on fb's messenger platform. The app has been pending review for a day but hasn't see anything, I wonder if they are still reviewing apps at all with all the covid going on? if not, we won't be able to launch this into production.

    Hi Joao - for the purpose of the hackathon, you can just put the app in development mode and test/demonstrate your concept. App review for Messenger has paused due to COVID-19
